The CARES Act Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund-IHE/Student Aid provides funding to institutions to provide emergency financial aid grants to students whose lives have been disrupted, many of whom are facing financial challenges and struggling to make ends meet.
The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) provides a College Resume for public institutions in the state which includes a snapshot of enrollment information, student success and graduation rates, and cost of attendance.

FERPA stands for "Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act" of 1974, as amended. It is commonly known as FERPA, the privacy act designed to protect the privacy of educational records.
SAC Policies and Procedures
SAC policies and procedures are voted on by the SAC College Council, made up of members of the faculty and staff from throughout the college.
San Antonio College does not tolerate sex discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual violence of any kind, and is complete compliance with Title IX, a federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex (gender) of employees and students of educational institutions.
